Eligibility for Returns
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. We accept returns for the following reasons:

The item has a manufacturing defect.
The item arrived damaged during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot process returns under the following circumstances:
The product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken.
The return request is made after 14 days from the delivery date.
The reason for returning is a change of mind or incorrect selection.
The item is a final sale or promotional product explicitly marked as non-returnable.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
The product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) and photos of the defective or damaged product, including the batch number sticker if applicable.
How to Initiate a Return
If your request meets the above criteria, please:

Your name, contact details, and return address.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Details and photos of the defect or damage.
Retain the item in its received condition until further instructions.
We will ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us (at our expense).
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the returned item, our Quality Check team will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided bank account details.
If the returned item is unavailable for replacement, a refund will be issued instead.
